Out of consideration for the next tenants, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house.
Smoking is allowed only outside the premises (balcony, garden).

The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hoteliers Association apply to our business.
We kindly draw your attention to the fact that in case of early departure, late arrival or cancellation at short notice (less than 1 month).
